I've briefly come onto the forums recently and seen that no matter what conversation starts everybody just *****es about the game all the f***ing time. "we want gifts", "not that gift, thats useless", "theres bots everywhere, get rid of bots", "you're not doing enough to get rid of bots", "CCP want bots cos it makes them money", etc.
I just wish you all wouldn't be such an ungrateful bunch of ****s 24/7. You pay for the game 'as is'. Anything that is added through expansions, etc is bonus. If you don't like the game, stop paying for it. The reason you all criticise every single move this game makes and talk nonsense about it 'dying' all the time is because it isn't dying at all. Games that are actually dying have communities that scream about how amazing the game is and what can we do to save it.
Stop acting like a bunch of spoilt brats and start appreciating an effort that didn't have to be made at all.

The point a lot of people here are trying to make is it's not a free ship, it took resources to design and implement, resources of dev time that could have been put to use getting stuff fixed in the game or worked on towards the incursion expansion. All these "free" items and "vanity" items we'll be getting in incarna are paid for using our monthly subscription fees.
I understand what you're saying but you're wrong. The items you have NOW are paid for using your monthly subscription. The items you 'will' be getting are bonus. Your subscription is that you subscribe to the game 'as is'. Thats all you're entitled to. If you get bored of 'as is' you can quit but CCP don't owe you anything. This is a bonus on top of the bonus of Incarna etc.

ThatÆs like saying that because you pay for a service from McDonalds (those delicious burgers) and that money is used to pay their employees then we can all band together and tell them what burgers to make. How CCP spend their money is none of your business. The bonus products (including the multitude of decent free expansions) are an extra that they choose to make because it improves their business. If they choose to spend the money collected via subscriptions to their virtual world making holiday videos that they then post here as the game falls to pieces then that is their prerogative. At the end of the day, like any Christmas gift, if you donÆt like it just suck it up, put on a polite smile and say thank you. The responses to this nice gesture in this thread are a look at peoplesÆ disgusting attitudes today. ThereÆs no effort made to be civil about it and this kind of rudeness is just so unnecessary.
